Perfect fish cakes that children love from a celebrity chef

Fish is a very healthy and necessary product, especially for children. But very often it is children who do not want to eat fish and all fish dishes, in which case parents have to go to various tricks and disguise fish in dishes.

Popular chef and pastry chef Liza Hlinska shared on her YouTube channel the secrets of perfect cutlets that children will eat with pleasure and won't even realize that it is hated fish.

Homemade fish cakes

The chef advises choosing fish without a strong odor, it can be white hake and red trout. And also do not add onions.

Ingredients:

  • white fish - 150 g
  • red fish - 150 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 10 g
  • salt - to taste
  • white pepper - a pinch
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Chop the white fish, and cut the red fish into small cubes.
  2. Combine white and red fish, and mix.
  3. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix.
  4. Add the flour and mix again.
  5. Spoon the patties into the pan and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel to drain all the fat.

Serve the cutlets with potatoes, buckwheat, and sour cream.
