Ingredients for 15-16 pancakes:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- flour - 300 g
Thin milk pancakes that do not tear apart.

- milk - 500 ml
- hard cheese - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese.
2. Chop the greens.

4. Sift flour and baking powder into the eggs. Stir to combine.
How to make pancake batter.
5. Gradually add warm milk, butter, cheese and herbs. Mix well.
