Method of preparation
1.Gradually combine the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, pour in 1/2 of the milk and add 1/2 of the flour, stir, add the rest of the milk and flour, pour in the melted butter and knead the dough. Leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Pour the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the baking sheet over and let the roll cool completely.
3. For the filling: combine cream cheese, cream, powder, vanilla. They must be cold. Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes, starting at low speed and ending at high speed.
4. Grease the roll, sprinkle with blueberries, roll it up and chill for 3-4 hours or overnight.
