Orzo pasta with chicken in cream sauce: a quick but delicious lunch
Here's an idea for a delicious dinner that takes just a few minutes to prepare. It doesn't require rare or expensive ingredients or much effort. That's why this dish will come in handy when you don't have much time or inspiration to cook.
A food blogger with the nickname ya.na.cooking shared the recipe for this easy dish. On Instagram, she explained how to cook the pasta so that it is not too dry.
Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- orzo pasta - 150 gr
- sun-dried tomatoes
- spinach - 40 g
- cream - 150 ml
- water - 300 ml
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Cut fillets lengthwise and rub with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry in a pan on both sides.
2. Put orzo pasta in a separate pan and cover with hot water. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, spinach and warm cream to the pasta. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Put the pasta on a plate, put the chicken on top and serve.
