Open pita bread pie with cheese filling: an incredibly tasty breakfast
Pita bread is an indispensable product in every kitchen. It can be used to make almost anything: rolls, appetizers, cakes, casseroles, or chebureks.
In addition, lavash is a way out for those who have little time to prepare breakfast. After all, it is the basis for an incredibly delicious pie with a juicy cheese filling that will make your fingers lick.

Ingredients:
- lavash without yeast - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- white yogurt 1.6% - 150 g
- hard cheese - 30 g
- greens - 110 g
- dry garlic - 1 g
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the hard cheese, and chop the greens.
2. Mix yogurt, egg, herbs, cheese, garlic and salt.
3. Form the pie: put most of the pita bread on the bottom of the baking dish – cut out a circle – filling – pita bread on the sides.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
