Ingredients:

  • liver
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • milk
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • salt, black pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
  4. Bake in a frying pan like pancakes.
