If your family doesn't like buckwheat, then you're cooking it wrong. This cereal can be very tasty when combined with the right ingredients. Add lots of chicken and a variety of vegetables. All this should be cooked and served with a fresh salad.
The idea of cooking delicious hearty buckwheat with chicken fillet was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Lyubov with the nickname valc lyubov. It is suitable for any meal.
Ingredients:
- buckwheat - 1 cup
- chicken fillet
- butter
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots (3 small or 1 large)
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- garlic
- parsley
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
Ingredients for flavored butter:
- butter
- garlic
- paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (like chopped cutlets).
2. Fry in flavored butter (you can just use vegetable oil).
3. Add onions and carrots.
4. Fry for about 3 minutes.
5. Add the tomato paste.
6. Pour a glass of buckwheat and 2 cups of water.
7. Cook under the lid over low heat for 20 minutes.
8. After 5 minutes, add parsley and garlic.
