Ingredients:

  • potatoes
  • sausage
  • cheese
  • greens
  • eggs

Method of preparation:

1. Bake the whole potatoes in the oven.

2. After baking, cut off the top of the potatoes and remove the middle.

3. Mash potatoes and add sausage, grated cheese, herbs and eggs.

4. Mix everything and stuff the potatoe peel.

5. Cover with the cut top of the potatoes and put in the oven to melt the cheese and brown the potatoes.
