No flour and no baking: a light dessert that can be eaten even at night
If you're losing weight, following a healthy diet, or just love light, low-calorie desserts, then this recipe is definitely for you. To make a dessert with gelatin, you need only three main ingredients and a little bit of free time. It turns out to be very tender, mousse-like and airy. A secret: you can even eat this delicacy at night.
Food blogger Juliia (juli_co.ok) shared a recipe for a light cottage cheese dessert with gelatin on her Instagram page, which can be eaten even overnight.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 500 g (at least 9%)
- milk – 300 ml
- gelatin – 15 g
- sugar or sweetener – to taste and desire
- fillers – dried apricots, prunes, raisins, cherries, etc.
⠀For decoration:
- cocoa – 1 tbsp
- chocolate – 50 g
- odorless oil – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with milk. Stir until it is completely dissolved. You can slightly heat the mass.
2. When the gelatin has dissolved, mix the mass with cottage cheese. Beat with a blender until smooth.
3. Add the filling, and mix well.
4. Put the mass into molds. Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes until completely frozen.
5. The dessert can be eaten as is, or you can prepare more decor if you wish.
6. Melt the chocolate and mix it with butter.
7. Pour over the dessert and sprinkle with cocoa.
