Souffle is a French baked dish. It is based on egg yolks mixed with whipped whites. But is it possible to cook this dish if you don't have an oven at home?

Food blogger Lisa Hlinska said on Instagram that it is indeed possible. Of course, you need to follow her recipe and recommendations. As a result, you will get an unbeatable dessert.

Ingredients

  • strawberry puree - 400 g
  • gelatin - 20 gr
  • water - 100 ml
  • sugar - 50 gr
  • Greek yogurt or cream cheese - 200 g
  • 30-35% cream - 100 ml
  • fresh strawberries - for decoration

Method of preparation

1. Mix cold water with gelatin and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Put the strawberry puree in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add sugar and stir.

4. Add the gelatin mass and mix again.

5. Mix the cream cheese with the cream until homogeneous.

6. Combine the warm puree with the cream mixture.

7. Cover the mass with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

8. Beat the cold mass in the bowl of a food processor. If the mass does not increase in volume within 3-4 minutes, it means that it has not cooled down enough.

9. As a result, it should become airy and increase in volume. Put it in bowls and decorate with strawberries.
