Easy no-bake strawberry and cream mousse

Early strawberries are gradually appearing on the markets. This berry can be a basis for very easy desserts that don't even need to be baked. The following mousse is one of them.
The idea of making a mousse dessert without baking was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname smak_nata. The mass freezes perfectly in the refrigerator.

Ingredients for strawberry mousse:
- strawberries - 300 g
- sugar - 30 g
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- gelatin - 11 g
- water for gelatin - 70 g
Ingredients for vanilla mousse:
- sour cream 20% - 300 g
- sugar - 70 g
- vanillin
- gelatin - 10 g
- water for gelatin - 60 g
Ingredients for the creamy mousse:
- cream 20/33% - 150 g
- sugar - 20 g
- vanillin
- gelatin - 5 g
- water for gelatin - 30 g
How to make strawberry mousse:
Strawberries for the dish
1. Mash the strawberries to a puree.
2. Optionally, strain through a sieve to remove the grains.
3. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
4. Dissolve instant gelatin in hot water or cook according to the instructions.
5. Pour over the strawberries through a strainer.
6. Mix with a mixer until smooth.

Method of preparation of vanilla mousse:
1. Combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
3. Pour into the sour cream through a strainer.
4. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
5. Stir the strawberry and vanilla masses frequently. If they become slightly viscous, pour a ladle of vanilla and strawberry masses into the mold alternately.
6. Put in the refrigerator until completely set.

Method of preparation of creamy mousse:
1. Combine the cream with sugar and vanilla.
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
3. Pour into the cream through a strainer.
4. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
Ready-made dish

5. Pour into the mold.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Before serving, cut into slices.
