If you need to make a simple and tasty dessert quickly, you should use this option. Five minutes of your time will be enough to mix the mass. Then the cake will harden on its own in the refrigerator.

The idea of making a no-bake pouring dessert was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx).

Ingredients:

  • 20 g gelatin + 70 g water
  • 600 g of sour cream (15%)
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar
  • 50-70 g of sweetener (it's up to your taste, you can use more)
  • 180 g of sugar-free corn flakes

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin with water, stir, and leave to swell.

2. Add vanilla sugar and the substitute to the sour cream. Adjust the amount of the substitute at your discretion.

3. Stir the mass.

4. Add the cornflakes and knead.

5. Melt the swollen gelatin, best done in the microwave.

6. Pour into sour cream, mix thoroughly, and pour into a convenient mold. You can even use a milk carton.

7. Tamp down the mass and refrigerate for an hour. Cut off the pack to keep the shape, and decorate.
