Navy-style pasta with minced meat in a pan: a classic recipe
Navy-style pasta is a dish that never gets boring and is a great help when you have a minimal set of products at home. Traditionally, this pasta is cooked with minced meat and lightly fried vegetables. You can also add tomato sauce or paste to spice it up.
Food blogger Maryna Novikova (marisha_recepti) shared a recipe for navy pasta with minced meat on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- pasta – 500 g
- minced meat – 500 g
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc
- paprika – 1 tsp
- tomato juice – 200 ml
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan. Fry until it starts to lighten.
2. Then chop the onion and add to the minced meat.
3. At the same time, grate the carrots and add to the dish. Fry until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the tomato juice. Bring to a boil.
5. Add water, salt, paprika and pepper. Also, add the pasta. Cook under the lid until the pasta is tender.
