Mushroom broth with noodles: recipe for a tasty dish for the whole family
Mushroom broth is a very spicy and tasty dish based on dried mushrooms, vegetables, and spices. Add noodles to make the dish hearty.

Ingredients:
- 100 g of white dried mushrooms
- 1 liter of boiling water
- 1 large onion
- 1 carrot
- butter and oil
- 2 liters of water
- noodles
- garlic
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over mushrooms and leave for 1 hour. Strain the liquid but do not pour it out. It will come in handy.
2. Melt butter with oil. Fry onion, then add carrots and soaked mushrooms cut them into small pieces. Fry for 10 minutes. Add spices, salt, pepper, and seasoning for mushroom soup.
3. When the roast is ready, add the water in which the mushrooms were soaked. Be sure to strain it and add more water.
4. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, skimming off the foam.
5. Boil thin noodles separately.
6. When serving, put some noodles in a bowl, pour the mushroom broth on top, and be sure to add fresh grated garlic and dill!
