1. Cabbage steak with goat cheese and nuts
Cabbage steak with cheese and spices
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 1 pc.
- apples – 1-2 pcs.
- goat cheese – 200 g
- nuts – 30-40 g
- olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- maple syrup – 1 tbsp.
- vinegar – 1 tsp.
- thyme – 1 sprig
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Prepare the cabbage, wash it well, dry it, and cut it into 4 equal parts.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, put the cabbage.
- Make the dressing: mix olive oil, salt, and pepper and brush each piece of cabbage well.
- Send it to bake for 20 minutes, every 5-10 minutes you need to turn it over so that it does not burn.
- When the cabbage is cooked, take it out and put the chopped apples on a hot baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
- Cut the cheese into 4 pieces, chop the nuts.
- Put the cheese on the hot apples, sprinkle the nuts over the cabbage, pour maple syrup over it, add thyme, and put it in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese well.
2. Tofu steak with peanuts

Ingredients:
- tofu – 200 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- soy sauce – 30 ml
- peanut butter – 3 tbsp
- honey – 2 tbsp
- sweet pepper – 1 pc
- dry sherry – 1 tbsp
- chili – to taste
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Marinade: chop the garlic and mix with soy sauce, honey, sherry and peanut butter, spices, and salt, whisk everything well in a blender.
- Cut the tofu into thin slices, place them in a bag, pour the marinade in, and marinate for half an hour.
- It is best to grill this steak, but make sure that the pieces do not fall apart.
3. Cauliflower steak

Ingredients:
- cauliflower – 1 pc
- milk – 1 cup
- water – 50 ml
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the cabbage into slices, about 2.5 cm.
- In a separate bowl, mix the spices, water and milk.
- Bring to a boil and put the cabbage in it, cook for 3-4 minutes, and then put it on the grill and fry for 10-15 minutes.
