Zucchini pie

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 300 g
- minced chicken - 300 g
- eggs - 1-2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, and squeeze the juice well.
- Cut the onion into small cubes, add to the zucchini along with the chopped garlic, add the egg, salt, pepper, and grated cheese, and mix thoroughly.
- Put the finished dough into a pre-greased baking dish.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
The dish is best served hot, with fresh vegetables or salad.
