Ingredients:
- chicken thighs - 4 pcs.
- oil
- mix of spices for chicken
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper
- jasmine rice - 1 cup
Method of preparation:
1. You can take any part of the chicken - thigh, wings, legs.
2. Add oil and spices to the thighs, mix and leave to marinate.
3. Finely chop the onion and fry over medium heat.
4. Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Rinse the rice well and put it in a baking dish, add the roast and put the thighs.
7. Pour in 2 cups of water, cover with foil, and put in a preheated 190-degree oven for an hour.
8. Remove the foil 10-15 minutes before cooking and bake until the thighs are golden brown.
