Oatmeal for pie
Ingredients for the cakes:
- oatmeal - 250 g
- coconut flakes - 120 g
- coconut oil - 20 g
- Jerusalem artichoke syrup - 70 g
- mashed pear - 150 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
For the cream:
Be sure to add strawberries to the cream
- coconut milk - 200 ml
- mascarpone - 250 g
- strawberry topping - 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Combine oatmeal, mashed pear, coconut, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, baking powder and salt. Blend everything well in a blender to make a smooth dough.
- Make 2 cakes from the dough, put them in the molds, and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 C.
- For the cream: put the strawberry topping, coconut oil, and mascarpone in a bowl and mix well.
- Take out the finished cakes and soak them first with Jerusalem artichoke syrup, and then spread generously with strawberry cream.
- Put the second cake on top, spread the cream on top, and sprinkle with almond flakes or just berries.
