Ingredients:
- Dogwood 1 kg
- Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Water 1.5 tbsp
- Bay leaf 3 pcs.
- Cloves 3 pcs.
- Black peppercorns 5 pcs.
- Allspice, peas 3 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the dogwood.
2. Marinade: heat water, add sugar, vinegar and bring to a boil.

3. Put the bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns on the bottom of the jars and dogwood on top. Pour the marinade over and sterilize for 20 minutes in a saucepan, and then preserve.
