A delicious tiramisu can be prepared in just 15 minutes. And if you like more refreshing and light desserts, you can replace classic coffee with mango. It's just what you need for the summer and fall.

Ingredients:

  • savoiardi biscuits – 100 g
  • core of mango or ready-made puree – 250 g
  • cream 33% – 250 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 25-50 g
  • mascarpone cheese or cream cheese – 259 g

1. To soak, remove the core of the mango and beat with a blender or use ready-made mango puree.

2. Dip the savoiardi biscuits in the mango puree for a few seconds and put them in the mold (you can also pour the puree on top).

3. For the cream cheese/mascarpone, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cream until thickened.

4. Cover the cookie layer with half of the cream.

5. Put a layer of soaked cookies on top again and cover with the remaining layer of cream.

6. You can serve it in 30 minutes, but if you have time, it is better to put it in the fridge for a few hours.

7. Garnish with fresh mango and mint.
