Ingredients:

  • gooseberries - 800 g of berries
  • orange (peeled) - 200 g
  • sugar - 1 kg
  • jelly beans - 1 sachet

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the gooseberries.

2. Remove the spouts.

3. Pass through a meat grinder.

4. Peel the orange.

5. Also pass through a meat grinder.

6. Stir the sachet of jelly beans with two tablespoons of sugar from the total weight and add to the berries.

7. Allow the jam to boil.

8. Add the rest of the sugar. Boil for 3 minutes.

9. Turn off the stove, remove the foam, pour into dry, clean jars.
