Lush blueberry muffins that always turn out well: a recipe for kefir dough
To quickly prepare something for tea, you only need a few simple ingredients and you will be enjoying flavorful muffins in a matter of minutes. The dough for this dessert is most often made with kefir because this is how the muffins are tender and soft. And for a seasonal version, you can add blueberries to them: they add juiciness and a slight sourness.

Ingredients:
- butter - 200 g
- sugar - 180 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- kefir - 150 g
- flour - 400 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- blueberries - 180 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy white.
2. Add the melted butter. Stir well.
3. Add the kefir. Mix well.
4. Add flour, and baking powder and knead the dough with a spatula.
5. Add blueberries. Mix well.
6. Put the dough into the molds. Bake at 170 °C for 30-40 minutes.
