Small salted tomatoes are a tasty and healthy product, perfect as an appetizer for any dish. Cooking them is quite easy and quick, and at the end we get a good treat that can be enjoyed even in winter.

Foodblogger Olga Riabenko in Instagram told how she prepares low-salted tomatoes. The blogger claims that this dish will appeal to absolutely everyone.

Ingredients

  • Small tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Dill
  • Garlic - 2 heads
  • Carbonated water - 2 liters
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1.Wash tomatoes and pierce deeply with a fork.

2. Place dill, garlic and part of the tomatoes in the bottom of the jar. Repeat this until the jar is full.

3. Pour in salt and sugar. 3 tbsp salt per 1 liter of water. Pour in the soda. Cover the dish with a lid and put in the refrigerator or leave at room temperature for 2 days.
