Ingredients for 12 cottage cheese pancakes:
- cottage cheese - 400 g (low-fat)
- flour - 50 g
- sugar - 50 g
- yolk - 1 pc
- salt - a pinch
- oil / butter - for frying
- flour for powdering

Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt, grind everything with a tablespoon, add flour, and mix.
2. Put the curd mass on a floured surface and form a sausage.
3. Cut it into 12 pieces.
4. Roll each one in flour and shape into the desired shape.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan, and add a piece of butter.

6. Lay out the cottage cheese pancakes.
7. Cook either under a lid, over low heat until golden brown, or without a lid.
8. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
