Liver cake is a variant of a very satisfying appetizer. It is based on tender liver cakes. To ensure that their texture is dense and the mass does not disintegrate, you need to know a few secrets of dough preparation.

The idea of making perfect pancakes for liver cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Galina reeixit. This technique involves adding milk to the dough. It not only makes the mass homogeneous, but also neutralizes the odor.

Ingredients:

  • 650 g liver (preferably chicken)
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200-250 ml of milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • salt 1 tsp. incomplete
  • pepper - to taste
  • baking powder - 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grind all ingredients in a blender.

2. Bake the pancakes at medium temperature, covered on 1 side. The other side can be left uncovered.

3. You can spread the pancakes with mayonnaise and garlic. For 200 g of mayonnaise - 1-2 cloves of garlic.

4. Put the sauce when the pancakes are completely cooled.

5. Let the cake stand for several hours before serving. Or even better, overnight.

6. This portion makes 12-14 pancakes with a diameter of 22 cm (for 2 cakes).
