What to cook from the liver

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver - 500 g
  • Milk - 220 ml

  • Flour - 130 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
Preparing the dough
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - a pinch
Oil and spices
  • Oil for frying

Filling:

  • Onions - 2 pcs.
Onions and carrots for the filling
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Marinated mushrooms - 100-150 g
Pickled mushrooms
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • Greens - a bunch
Homemade mayonnaise
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the liver, cut off the films, and put it in a bowl, add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper and beat everything with an immersion blender, you can simply pass the liver through a meat grinder.
