You can use jamon to make a light summer salad. The dish will be very refined if you combine the meat with fresh herbs and vegetables. And don't use mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • salad mix
  • cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pcs.
  • jamon - 100 grams
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 70 grams
  • balsamic cream

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • mustard seeds - 2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the salad mix on a plate.

2. Top with tomatoes, jamon, avocado, and cheese.

3. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.

4. Pour the sauce over the salad.

5. Top with balsamic cream.

6. Garnish with lemon.
