A food blogger with the nickname iriska dimitrova shared how to make a salad with vegetables and tuna on Instagram. She also said that this salad is quite healthy and has an interesting dressing.
Ingredients:
- Avocado - 1 pc
- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Tomato - 1 pc
- Boiled eggs - 2 pcs
- Canned tuna - 1 can
- Canned corn - ½ can
Ingredients for the dressing:
- Greek yogurt - 2-4 tbsp
- Mustard - 1/3 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the avocado, cucumber, tomato, and eggs and put them in a deep bowl.
2. Drain the tuna, mash a little with a fork, and add to the future salad.
3. Add the canned corn.
4. In a separate container, mix the Greek yogurt with mustard, salt and pepper.
5. Add the finished dressing to the salad and mix well.
