Ingredients:
- Flour - 230 gr
- Sugar - 280 gr
- Vanilla sugar - 10 gr
- Cocoa - 65 gr
- Baking powder - 10 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Butter at room temperature - 60 g
- Milk - 260 ml
- Oil - 60 ml
- Egg - 2 pcs
Ingredients for chocolate ganache:
- Cream 33% - 130 gr
- Dark chocolate - 130 gr
Method of preparation
1. Mix all dry ingredients: sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients: butter, oil, eggs, milk. Mix until smooth with a mixer for 30 seconds.
3. Pour the batter into the mold and bake at 150-160 degrees for 60 minutes.
4. Let the cake cool completely in the mold. Take it out, wrap it in cling film and leave it for 1 hour.
5. During this time, prepare the ganache. Heat the cream until hot and add the chocolate.
6. Spread the ganache on the top and sides of the sponge cake.
