Ingredients:
- rice - 1/2 cup
- minced meat - 400 g
- cabbage - 400 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- water - 1 cup
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.

1. Pour boiling water over the shredded cabbage and set aside for 10 minutes, drain.
2. Meanwhile, cook the rice until half cooked (the proportions indicated on the package are usually 1:2).
