Ingredients:
- Pita bread – 3 pcs
- Minced beef – 600 g
- Onion – 300 g
- Carrots – 300 g
- Tomato juice – 300 g
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 0.5 tsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Dill – 40 g
Filling:
- Yogurt 10% – 300 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Mozzarella cheesen –150 g
- Parmesan cheese – 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots.
2. Peel and dice the onion, and chop the garlic.
3. Heat a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots until golden brown, add the minced meat and fry again until the minced meat is cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Filling: beat eggs with yogurt and salt.
5. Chop the dill and grate the cheese.
6. Unroll the pita bread and put it in a baking dish, put the filling, pour the filling on top, a layer of pita bread, and the filling and filling again. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Put the finished pie in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
The finished pie can be eaten with soups, tea, or broth.
