Recipe for lazy pita bread pasties

Ingredients:
- any minced meat - 500 g
- water - 150 ml.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- herbs (parsley or cilantro) - 10 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 200 g
- round pita bread - 8-10 pcs.
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:

1. Add grated or blended onion, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and water to the minced meat.
2. Immerse the pita bread completely in water for 2 seconds to soften it.

3. Put the minced meat on one half of the pita bread.
