Lazy lasagna from pita for a snack and dinner: for the filling you will need minced meat and vegetables
Lavash is an ideal product for preparing delicious and hearty dishes, such as pies, casseroles, as well as desserts, delicious tubes with salty and sweet fillings.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty lazy lavash lasagna with minced meat, vegetables and cheese.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet stuffing - 300 g
- Onion - 1/2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1/2 pcs.
- Tomatoes in their own juice (or fresh blended) - 100 g
- Salt, spices - to taste
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Thin lavash - 70 g
Method of preparation:
1. Fry minced meat until half-cooked. Grate carrots, chop onion finely.
2. Add the vegetables to the minced meat, cook until tender. Add 70 g tomatoes, salt and favorite spices. Stew for a few more minutes.
3- Slice the pita, place in a baking dish, top with the filling and grated cottage cheese. Repeat the layers. Place the last sheet of pita on top, the remaining tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
