The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty, lazy khachapuri from cottage cheese, with mozzarella.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g sour milk cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 30-50 g. suluguni/mozzarella

Method of preparation:

1. To the sour milk cheese add the protein (leave the yolk for serving), flour, leavening agent, salt and mix well.

2. With wet hands, form the khachapuri on the parchment and send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

3. Then put grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden crust is formed.

Serve with the egg yolk, if you don't eat it raw you can bake it!
