Recipe for a lazy honey cake
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs Eggs – 4 pcs
- Salt – a pinch
- Vanilla – to taste
- Sugar – 200 g
- Honey – 120 g
- Melted butter – 100 g
- Flour – 360 g
- Soda – 1 tsp (extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice)
Method of preparation:
- Put eggs, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat with a whisk, add honey and butter.
- Add flour and baking soda, mix.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment and distribute the cakes from the finished mass. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. You can bake one cake at a time, but then it will take more time to cook, or divide the dough into two parts and bake in two batches.
Chill the finished cake.

Cream for honey cake
- Fine sugar or powdered sugar – 120 g
- Fatty sour cream – 200 g
- Fatty cream – 300 ml
Method of preparation:
- Beat all ingredients until fluffy for a few minutes. You can simply whip the sour cream with powdered sugar or make a custard.
Form the cake and decorate it with crumbled cakes.
