Lazy cabbage pie in a pan: no need to bake anything

Cabbage makes not only delicious rolls and salads but also a very simple and budget-friendly pie. You don't even need an oven to make it. The vegetable mass is fried very quickly in a pan, turns out juicy and goes well with sour cream.

The idea of making a lazy cabbage pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna (iriska_dimitrova).

Ingredients:

• 150-200 g of cabbage
• salt
• 1 egg
• 20 g of flour
• 30 g of cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage thinly and add salt. Mix it with your hands.

2. Add 1 beaten egg and flour and mix.

3. Add the cheese and mix again.

4. Transfer the mass to a preheated, oiled frying pan and tamp well evenly.

5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry under the lid on both sides.
