Summer will soon be here, and with it the cucumber season. This is a very aromatic and tasty vegetable that tastes great in salads. It is also used to make a variety of preserves that are enjoyed in winter.
A food blogger with the nickname tania_sheremet_ shared on Instagram what other dishes can be made with cucumbers. She offered a recipe for Korean-style cucumbers, which would make a great appetizer.

Ingredients
- Medium-sized cucumbers - 1 kg
- Large carrots - 1 pc
- Green onions - 80 gr
- Onions - 1 pc
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Hot pepper flakes - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt
Method of preparation
1.Wash the cucumbers, cut off the edges and cut them into four pieces lengthwise, leaving one centimeter on one side. Season well with salt and set aside for one hour.

2. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots, cut the green onions into large pieces, and put them in a bowl.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce, water, vinegar, garlic, hot pepper flakes, oil, and mix.

4. Drain the cucumbers, rinse them with water, and then stuff them with the spicy vegetable dressing.

5. Put it in a container, cover it and put it in the fridge for 2 hours, or better yet, marinate overnight.
