If you want to make a tasty, healthy, and light salad, the ideal ingredients are fresh and baked vegetables and herbs. And for a bright flavor, add an original dressing, such as soy sauce and honey.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious broccoli salad with carrots, peppers, cucumbers, and a delicious dressing.
Recipe of the dish
Ingredients:
- broccoli - 500 g
- carrot - 1 pc.
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Sauce:
- soy sauce
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- honey - 2 tsp.
- oil - 50 ml
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the broccoli, disassemble it into florets, cook in boiling water for a few minutes, remove immediately, and put in ice water.

2. Grate the carrots, and chop the cucumbers and peppers.

3. Mix everything for the sauce, adding grated garlic.

4. Put the vegetables in a bowl, pour the sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
