Kalimera is a traditional staple dish of Greek cuisine, which are juicy chickpea cutlets. This wonderful food is especially delicious with favorite sauces, such as zadziki.

Ingredients
- Onions - 2 pcs
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Dill and parsley - a bundle
- Mint - a few leaves
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Boiled chickpeas - 2 cups
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Feta - 100 gr
- Flour - 1,5 tbsp.
- Grated cheese - 100 g
- Butter
Preparation method
1. Boil chickpeas and beat them with a blender.
2. chop onion, garlic and herbs.

3. Crumble the feta with a fork.
4. Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl until smooth.
The result will be very juicy.

5. Form the cutlets and fry over a low heat until golden on both sides.
