Ingredients:
- beef - 1 kg.
- butter - 40 g
- salt, pepper for rubbing
- flour for rolling
- bell pepper or hot pepper - 10-12 pcs.
Mix for the sauce:
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp (or any other white non-aggressive 6% vinegar)
- sweet paprika - 1 tsp
- dill - a few sprigs finely chopped

1. Season beef well with salt and pepper.
2. Roll in flour on all sides and rub well.

8. Cook in a multicooker at low temperatures for 8 hours. You can also cook it simply under the lid on low heat.
