Juicy stew: what to add for better flavor

Stew is a great option for feeding a large family. But the dish will only become juicy and flavorful if you add the right ingredients. In summer, seasonal vegetables are ideal for this purpose.
Food blogger Galina (cooking_with_gala) shared the idea of cooking a delicious juicy stew on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- meat - 700 g
- bell pepper - 2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- oil - 1 tbsp
- flour - 20 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- granulated garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- teriyaki sauce - 50 ml
- water - 300 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into pieces.
2. Fry in a dry frying pan, add chopped carrots and onions, pour in vegetable oil, simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with flour, mix, add water, seasonings, sauce.
4. Simmer for 25 minutes under the lid.
5. Add the bell pepper cut into strips and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve with a side dish.
