Salmon is a versatile fish that is suitable for all occasions. It can be cooked in any way: baked, fried, or stewed.

Salmon tastes especially good on a citrus pillow. This is the perfect option for a festive dish – guests will ask for the recipe.

Specially for FoodOboz, Hell's Kitchen finalist Olena Okhotnik shared a recipe for salmon on a citrus pillow.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • Salmon - 150 g
  • Grapefruit - 1 pc
  • Lime - 1 pc
  • Orange - 1 pc
  • Dill - 40 g
  • Cream cheese - 70 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Favorite spices for fish - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Make a cut in the center of the salmon. Spread on all sides with spices.

2. Mix cream cheese, chopped dill, and garlic in a bowl.

3. Stuff the salmon with the mixture.

4. Cut lime and grapefruit into slices.

5. Put one grapefruit slice on a pan or mold, two lime slices on it, and salmon on top.

6. Mix soy sauce, orange juice, and mustard separately.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce and brush it over the salmon before baking

7. Brush the fish with the mixture.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
