Ingredients:

  • phyllo dough - 1 pack
  • nectarines - 3 pcs.
  • cream (fat) - 250 ml.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 120-130 g
  • butter (melted) - 50-60 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grase a baking dish with butter.

2. Put three sheets of phyllo dough on it and grease each with butter too.

3. Fold the sheet of dough.

4. Roll up like a snail and place in the middle of the mold.

5. Then put all the other sheets in a circle until the form is filled.

6. Put the sliced nectarines between the dough.

7. Mix eggs, cream, and sugar and pour over the dough.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
