Juicy Kyiv chicken for lunch: how to cook a delicious cult dish at home

Instead of the classic minced meat cutlets for lunch, you can make Kyiv chicken. You can easily make this dish at home. The filling inside will be very juicy, and the breading on top will be crispy. It is ideal to serve with potatoes, porridge or pasta.

The idea of cooking a juicy Kyiv chicken for a hearty lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana with the nickname dianakoshman. Add a vegetable salad as well.

Ingredients:

  • butter
  • salt and spices
  • dill
  • chicken fillet
  • breadcrumbs
  • eggs
  • flour
  • garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, dill and, if desired, garlic to the oil.

2. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator.

3. Meanwhile, divide the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts and season with salt.

4. Put a piece of butter inside.

5. Roll up with cling film and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

6. Then roll in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

7. Fry in deep fat or in a regular frying pan.

8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
