A meaty, delicious dish that every housewife knows how to cook is cutlets. They can be made from different meats, and the most important thing is to make a good mincemeat so that it is not runny and not clogged with flour and bread.
Cook Polina shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious turkey minced cutlets with zucchini, carrots, and onions, which are made without flour.
To keep the cutlets from falling apart and to make them juicy, make a base for them from vegetables, without flour and with a creamy filling.
Ingredients:
- minced turkey – 800 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- zucchini – 1 pc
- onion – 1 pc
- garlic – 1 tsp
- carrots – 1 pc
- salt, pepper – to taste
For the filling:
- cream – 200 ml
- cheese – 100 g
- dill – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate all the vegetables, squeeze the zucchini well, and add to the minced meat.
2. Add chopped garlic, egg, salt, dill and mix well.
3. With wet hands, form the cutlets and fry in a preheated frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
