Ingredients:

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 3 small onions or one large one
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • cheese
  • salt, pepper to taste and butter for frying

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Chop the onion and fry in butter for 5 minutes until soft. Transfer to a bowl.

3. Chop the mushrooms and put them in the pan where the onions were fried. Season with salt and pepper and fry until tender.

4. Cut the tomato into slices.

7. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the minced meat.

8. Spread over the entire diameter of the pan and fry for 5 minutes.

9. Turn over. You can try with a spatula, but there is a high probability of damaging the cutlet, so it is better to use a lid (the diameter of the cutlet), turn the pan up and move the cutlet down the other side.

10. Fry on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

11. Add salt and pepper to a baking dish or baking sheet, put the cutlet in it, and sprinkle with salt and pepper on top. Please note that you do not need to salt the minced meat itself, but do it with the almost finished cutlet.

12. Grease the cutlet with sour cream, put fried onions, mushrooms, tomato slices and cheese on top.

13. Put in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. It is very important not to make the cutlet dry.
