Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 500-600 g
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp (according to the thickness of the minced meat)
- Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the liver into small cubes. You can freeze it a little beforehand, then it is easier to cut.
2. Dice the onion into small cubes.
3. Mix the liver, onion, eggs and flour.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Fry the cutlets over low-medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
