Traditionally, chicken wings are marinated before cooking to ensure that the meat is well soaked in the marinade and juicy. But it turns out that there is a simpler way to cook the dish without this step, which saves a lot of time. It's simple: bake the chicken wings in breading and then combine them with a delicious sauce.
Food blogger Khrystyna Kay (kristinakey.blog) shared a recipe for baked chicken wings on her Instagram page that does not require pre-marinating.
Ingredients:
- wings – 800 g
- flour – 2 tbsp
- salt – 1 tsp
- ground ginger – 1 tsp
- paprika – 2 tbsp
- pepper
- ketchup – 2 tbsp
- honey – 1 tbsp
- soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the wings into pieces. Set aside the tips, they do not need to be used.
2. Next, prepare the breading. To do this, add flour, salt, ginger, paprika, and ground pepper to the wings. Mix well.
3. Put the wings on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Put the cooked wings in a deep bowl. Add ketchup, honey, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
