- milk - 20 g.
- breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.
- Parmesan or other cheese - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet lengthwise.
2. Beat off, add spices.
3. Spread with butter, sprinkle with herbs.
4. Put a slice of hard cheese, wrap in rolls.
5. Dip the rolls in egg and milk, then in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
