Delicious and juicy kebabs can be cooked in the oven. And it will turn out no less successful than on the grill. In order to make everything quickly, use ordinary minced meat.

Chicken kebab recipe with vegetables

Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- dried oregano - 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- red onion - 1 piece (or regular)
- oil - 2 tbsp.

1. Combine the minced chicken with the breadcrumbs, pressed garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. 2. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Soak wooden skewers in water to keep them from burning in the oven when baking.

5. Cut tomatoes in half and onions into quarters and divide into portions.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (mode up-down+convection).

7. Form small balls from the chicken mass (it is convenient to do it with hands).
8. Put kebabs on a wooden skewer, alternately thread vegetables with meat balls.
9. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment.

10. When kebabs are formed - put to bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
11. To the oil add a pinch each of salt, pepper, oregano and mix.
12. Take the balls with vegetables out of the oven, brush well with the aromatic oil and put to bake for another 10-15 minutes.
